How Often Should An Internet Marketer Be Producing New Content?

A full time freelancer who writes new articles , uses affiliate marketing etc
can someone give me an example of a good schedule with tasks

I’m an affiliate marketer myself, and I’m writing a book at the moment… so I guess we’re sitting in the same boat so to say.
I write whenever I feel like I need to. But one huge tip is to always write good content before you go searching for backlinks. Obtaining backlinks is a lot easier if you’ve got lots of well-written content.
I actually managed to get a PR 3 link last week, due to my content. That was a bit unexpected!

Adding content on a regular basis great. If you have a never ending supply of original content you should add daily. This is get spiders indexing you daily. The very least is once a week.
