I’m not asking to make 50-100k a month as many of these affliliate marketers claim they make. I’ve tried squidoo.com, I’ve tried many of the article sites and note, I’ve made several squidoo lens and wrote many articles. I just can’t seem to get it….I’ve done back links, tried forums, posting on CL (yuck btw) and luck is not on my side. I’ve been at this for almost a year now and at most made 1,000 in a month from posting on CL. You know, my goal is to be able to make a good amount of money and get this house for my family. My 5yr old son told me the other day, “Daddy, when can we get a house with a backyard because I don’t like moving from apartment to apartment.” I used to make pretty decent money in the car business till I came down with a severe case of bipolar. None the less, it made it almost impossible for me to work. Anyway, I’m seeking some help here….I am very dedicated to affiliate marketing and try hard but I just need some mentoring. And please, if you really are interested in helping me then I thank you but if you are just going to leave a link to your website, you’re wasting your time.

Well, this sure sounds so familiar as I have been there and have tried all the things that you have done and thought that building a list just consisting of getting as many as you can on your list – WRONG. I had to learn the hard way that the only way to build a downline or list is to build a relationship with other – give them useful info that they can use, they have to learn to trust you – you have to brand yourself online as a go to person, one that is trust, one that is willing to help and now cram things down a person throat.
Believe me this was not what I was taught when I first started and it sure was hard to find out that what I was doing was all wrong all this time and why I was not getting the results that I was looking for.

its all about niche. niche. get a niche, very very specific and one u love. place your articles on the top 20 article sites each month. have your seo in different languages and translator on your site. its about the list. no matter wat. if u have 100,000 peps u can make a good cash flow. take eharmony, tagged, facebook, cnn, you tube, these are all niche. your site can be a web 2.0 for car sales man/women to get tips and car recommendation for customers on do it your self mechanic or sell used cars for people quickly and where u do all the paper work for free, u take away all the hassle people have to go through when buying a used car. i am sure u can still sell cars online through your site.
