any desert lizard should be safe. but to be completely sure you would have to expose the new lizard to the dragon and keep a close eye on them both for awhile to make sure theres no bullying. some lizards can have better attitudes than others..even within the same species..but most lizards..especially desert ones are lazy for the most part and will ignore each other..or be best friends and bask together under their light so just see and if all goes well it should be fine
