Emily Haines has got some serious talent and I gotta think the only reason she isn’t all over the place is that the industry is being constantly marketed towards 12 year old girls.
I haven’t seen the talent, depth, and versatility that Emily Haines possesses, in spades I might add, in some time.

yeah I agree had a look at a few clips on you tube, metric have a bit of 90’s sound and their songs seem quite diversified. There’s been some good comments about her, she’s got a unique soft voice particularly like the songs “stadium love” and “eclipse all yours, she’s had around a million hits on you tube and these days some artists get their opportunity from there, hope she takes off big time.
I like Metric, and I agree that they aren’t as popular as they deserve to be.
