Hope and Change?? guy obviously had no idea what he was getting into, running as president…acting like Bush could have changed or made things better….Obama thought it was 100x easier than it looks..and now the Republicans and Conservatives can just sit back with their feet up and laugh as this president scrambles all around and tries everything he can to fix the economy, while unemployment rises. I’m no right-winger or left-winger…times like these are the times where I am thankful I am in the middle and am not ‘name’ affiliated to a party or direction
I hated George W Bush as president, but in all honesty, when you look at the big picture, we aren’t much better off with Barack Obama

My feeling is that yes, Obama has disappointed in some areas, very much so, but I also feel nobody on earth could have fixed the Bush mess.
George Bush will be judged as a man who destroyed this country, brought it down to a lower level of existence.
Nothing will fix us to the point where we were before. That’s done. We’re different now.
At least Obama is realistic in outlook, if limited in abilities.
We are way worse off. Food prices are going through the roof. Unemployment doubled. See link below. The housing market is in a mess. Wasted stimulus money. Socialized healthcare. I never seen it this bad and Im an old man.
Give Bush several trillion dollars and see how good he would have been.
And no, Osama’s war or 9-11 was not “giving Bush money”.
There has been change. The Texas Republican Death Panel has decided to euthanize me to enhance Rick Perry’s presidential prospects by saving money because I am an incurably terminally ill disabled man who can’t possibly work. Texas kicked me off Medicaid because my disability income became too much money by their standards to qualify. They know people are dying from their neglect.
Obama’s health initiative will mean I will die later from my illness and not sooner from government neglect if I survive a few more years.
maybe all presidents actually suck more then we think they do when campaigning. or you just have high expectation.
Obama’s greatest defect was his idealism and naivete.
No one could have predicted the level of GOP obstructionism and resistance, which were nothing short of treason. You had one GOP senator flat out say that he was going to see to it that Obama failed.
Bush looks like a Prince and a Scholar compared to Obama.
Obama is not trying or running around to do anything other than Campaign for himself.
