I am 17 years old and i have taken an interest in Politics, but I am having allot of trouble deciding which party to affiliate myself with. Some of my thoughts and philosophies on politics are considered to be democratic and others republican. Is there any advice that any of you have? What about a reliable and unbiased website with info on both democrats and republicans and what they stand for? Maybe even an online quiz or survey I can take. Thanks!

I’ll let you in on a secret: there is NOTHING in politics that is reliable or unbiased. As what they stand for, they all stand for two things: 1, getting elected and 2, getting re-elected.
They will say and do anything and everything to convince you to vote for them, with absolutely no intention of remembering any of it the day after the election.
So if you want politicians who actually mean what they say and do what they promise, you will have to do it yourself. Run for office.
