This seems to be an ongoing debate on marketing forums.
Is the word Niche pronounced:
1) Neesh
2) Nitch
In the UK we have a nightclub called Niche and we pronounce it “Neesh”.
What’s the correct way to pronounce it and are there any grammer rules that define the way it’s pronounced?

I’m pretty sure it’s pronounced ‘neesh’ 🙂
Oh and if it was ‘nitch’ the actual word would be spelled as ‘nich’
The e at the end makes it ‘neesh’
I’ve learned it as “Neesh.”
but dictionary has it both ways.
oh well.
