I want to own a restaurant one day. Not a franchise but a corporate one. Medieval Times to be more specific. It’s a gift shop, photo department, intense marketing, countless jobs in and out of the castle, a 2 hour extremely rehearsed show with real weapons, a full double wide stable and muse for falcons, a local secret ranch for all of their horses to roam and take a break, and a food service industry.
What kind of college path should I pursue to eventually work my way up with hard work and determination and look good enough on paper to eventually own one of these?
You do know that the owners of Medieval Times filed for bankruptcy protection in 1997? They have come back and opened additional locations since then, though.
I would suggest majoring in something related to restaurant management, business administration, or entrepreneurship.
