When I watch ESPN3 or Netflix on my Xbox, I am frequently signed out of my Xbox live account and/or lose my network connection. I have absolutely no problem playing games online, however, and have affiliated content providers for ESPN3 as well as a Netflix subscription.
I am using a wireless adapter on my Xbox.
What is the deal?

Man, that’s odd.
I have no certainty in my suggestions but maybe try:
1. Clearing the cache memory from your XBOX
2. Uninstalling and reinstalling the Netflix and ESPN3 apps.
If that doesn’t work then find QoS in your router settings and open port ranges 53 to 53 set UDP and TCP to BOTH, and do the same for port 3074.
