For example, northern Europe has a samll populatins compared to Mediterrian Europe unitl the potatoe came to Europe. Then the northern countires including Ireland has population explosions becaseu they had an increase food supply and it was stable.
Then the potatoe famine hit (natural disater) and 10% of the population died and many came to Ameica or went elsewhere.
