How do i start this up. i See there are many templates and backends i can buy for a cheap price , my only concern is how do i get all the inventory on my site is there any sites that offer all there seats to affiliated websites or something like this?

Find an affiliate network that has ticket offers. Display their wares on your site and send the traffic to them for a percentage.
You should be able to set it all up for less than $100 if you DIY.
