Help! Why Would A Guy Say He Doesn’t Want To Affiliate With Someone Gay?

He might be in the closet. He might be going through some personal problems with his family about his sexual orientation. He might be worried about being seen by others and judged. He might not want a relationship. He might just be coming up with a creative way to get rid of you if you are being desperate, obsessive, and/or stalkerish (which this post sort of sounds like you might be).
Just ignore him and move on.
There could be all kinds of reasons. Perhaps he is gay and closeted and feels conflicted with who he really is. I have known many gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgendered people over the years, and they could have been wounded or shamed or humiliated at different points in their lifetimes.
What is a little odd is the guy says he likes guys on his FACEBOOK page. Perhaps he isn’t attracted to you, or is unable to accept that someone is actually attracted to him. Don’t be so hard on yourself based on someone else’s reaction.
Because he’s an idiot.
