I believe that many of the things you are looking for are things you have to calculate using information on the balance sheet and income statement. I usually use investopedia.com for the formulas for ratios and such and you may find this helpful especially for future accounting work (I used it frequently through college for my accounting and business courses).
-Ending inventory – if this business is primarily working in selling inventory and your balance sheet is as of the end of the period you are looking at, then this should be your total inventory.
-Net Sales – if you can determine that your revenues are primarily from selling inventory then this could be your revenues value if you can find anything about returns then you will need to deduct that (try checking any footnotes).
-average accounts receivable – I don’t remember how to do this off the top of my head, but would suggest using investopedia for this calculation
-cost of goods sold – this is your cost of revenue if you can determine that your revenue factor is from sales
    -average inventory – investopedia
-net sales – you listed this earlier
-preferred dividends – this should be listed somewhere in the shareholder’s equity section of the income statement or in the footnotes for this section.
-annual cash dividends per share – you will need the amount in dividends paid and the total number of shares and once again I would suggest checking investopedia
-market price per share – investopedia
    -average total assets – investopedia
Good luck, feel free to contact me if you need more help but give it another try.
