Would love to read a book, preferably a good one. I’m into Fantasy/Adventure, or books that make you think. I am not a fan of books that have a movie affiliated with them. So please, don’t be shy. Write down some books you would recommend.

If you have not read them yet, the song of ice and fire series is amazing!!! Like mos people, I saw game of thrones, and decided to read the whole series. I also love the dragonlance books, the original three series.
The Hunger Games is definitely associated with fantasy/adventure. It has a movie affiliated with it, but you don’t have to see the movie, do you? Harry Potter is something you should never miss. a Series of Unfortunate Events is a nice, addictive series as well.
I know a series of books that will probably never be movies because not very many people have heard of them. You can only find them online like at Amazon and places like that. But you can get them in print if you want. I prefer the ebooks. You can try a sample chapter on the writer’s blog here: http://kasi-kcblake.blogspot.com
Just look at the top of the blog and there are other page choices. Click on Vampires Rule. This is not like Twilight. Don’t worry. The vampire is only a vampire for a few chapters. Then he becomes mortal again. He still has cool powers though. There is a lot of action. The second book Werewolves Rule is already out. Hope this helps.
You might enjoy Naomi Novik’s Temeraire series, or the Ile-Rien series by Martha Wells.
