I have followed the directions provided by Google. Click Full Size Image-Copy URL-Create a new removal type-paste my URL
Then it asks for me to type in a word from the live website. It says this,
This page is live on the web, and Google can access it.
If you want to remove the cache, tell Google how the page has changed. Type a word that no longer appears on the live page, but is still in the cached version.
I don’t want to remove the whole page I just want my image removed from Google Image Search. My image has already been removed from the original website per my request. I have been trying to do this since last week.
Please help, I want it removed as soon as possible due to privacy issues.
Getting google to re-index the page containing the image may accelerate it being removed from images. Sorry I don’t know any better way to speed the process.
hello well i’m having the same problem , it seems that when its an image its more difficult to remove it from google , deleting it alone won’t do …you will have to use a 404 deletion method which means deleting the image from the main data base and blocking it …if you don’t own the website contact the webmasters to make sure they delete the image “404 deletin or txt files”
