    NO. that is a scam email. I get those and they seem convincing but really arent. Trust me, it was on the news.

    Lol it’s a huge gigantic fake. The grammar is wrong, they don’t even capitalize all the “i’s”, and it’s too good to be true. Delete it.

    This is far from real. It’s just going to get your personnal info in the end to make identity theft or rob your bank account. Delete it!

    It says “In response to your mail received…” if you did not send any mail, then it is fake.

    It’s a scam. They want your personal info, big red flag for ID theft. DELETE DELETE DELETE.

    You can certainly send them your information, but there are several signs that it may be fake.
    1. On behalf of the Grant Team, i say congratulation to you and i wish you good luck.
    – The I’s in this sentence are not capitalized. A company like BP would not mess up something as silly as that.
    2. As far as I know, There is no Mr. Carton Cole who works for BP.
    3. If you really were stupid enough to give out your email address to any website, How would a prestigious company get your e-mail?
    Again, you can certainly try, but they asked for some very private details. If you do send them a reply, I’d keep a gun next to me just in case. You have the Carte Blanche in this situation.
    If it is real, then wow! Great for you, I’ll watch for you in the news!
