Am I Allowed To Sell Another Companies’ Product To Supermarkets?

Basically, I have discovered a niche market in which I think profitability will be extremely high. However, the products themselves are sold and distributed by another company, although they only retain distribution warehouses and their products aren’t sold in supermarkets- so I am curious as to whether I am get their products and ask supermarkets to sell them?

If what you are asking is if you can purchase products from one company and sell them to another, yes unless they have an exclusive distribution clause.

Yea, if you can buy from supplier and sell to supermarkets than go for it. BUT-
1 There may be some reason why the supermarkets are not sellin already.
    2. If its a genuine oversight then the supplier will not be long in figuring out what is happening.
    3. The very act of trying to tie down the supplier to a cast iron exclusive deal will alert them to the fact that there are other opportunities out there…..
    Otherwise, good luck.
