I have noticed that my site has dropped rankings, and this site http://www.seoadvertisingagency.co.uk how dominated the SEO Niche, and pushed my site back to page 3.
I did some research, this site is only a few days old, and has 1.1k FB likes, and over 100 tweets, how is this possible to get ranked so quickly and have social shares that high ?

you have not provided any information about your website also for which keyword this website has pushed back you to page 3.
By look at this site 1st think this has domain name with exact keywords like SEO Advertising Agency so it is easy for them to ranking better with this keywords without putting much efforts.
FB like and twitter posts do little with keywords ranking may be they are promoting their website more aggressively and building quality back links.
Mr Kumar you are very wrong, since the new panda update it does not matter on the keywords on your site, only the content and submission and backlink techniques and seo strategy.
After a Little look at this site it seems you have just been met with a superior competitor, its that simple, and after a keyword rsearch they are ranked for very high keywords within the SEO niche.
I would suggest a ranking comparison, and see where they are backlinking to, also, directory submissions, article submission, ping services, just upgrade to what you have been doing previously.
are you subtly advertising your own website?
I think you should do competitor analysis. Find how are doing link building. Hope that helps!
