LOL, “grammer”. Fuckwit.
Well if he or she grew up in China they probably went to school in China. He probably is used to Chinese grammar.
The Chinese language actually has a lot fewer grammar rules compared to the English language. For example there isn’t conjugation of past/future tense. There are no capital letters since everything is written in characters. Those are just some of the differences to point out.
People in China follow different grammar rules and guidelines that make their sentences sound weird to foreign people who are not familiar to their grammar guidelines or language.(This goes the same for many other languages as well) so he/she was most likely just going by their guidelines or in the early stages of learning English. I hope this helped!

Why do we need punctuation?http://oxforddictionaries.com/words/punc…
maybe the sender used an online-“translator”, but yes, chinese languages have a rather different structure than english. for instance, they don’t have seperate forms for am/are/is
Maybe they don’t have words for the/a either
Hi, Jose !
Before I start, may I ask, are you familiar with the (English) idiom “People who live in glass houses should not throw stones” ? Yes ? No ? May be ? Whatever. Okay, having clarified that, now let us go to your query.
This individual’s English grammar MAY not be perfect, but how about YOUR “mastery” of the (English) language AND grammar ? There are glaring spelling (AND grammatical) mistakes. To add to that, any sense of punctuations seems to be non-existent. This person, as you say, is in China and probably of Chinese origin, so English is not his/her first language. You, on the other hand, appear to be from USA (or at least that is what it states here on Yahoo ! Answers. If I am wrong, I apologize for my brazen assumption), where they, I believe, DO speak English (with a certain degree of variation), and yet, I am sorry to say (may be I am NOT), your English leaves a lot to be desired.
Have you, apart from this lone individual, had an opportunity (or reasons) to communicate with other Chinese people as well ? I am asking this simply because your question “Why do chinese people have poor grammer” (sic) seems to imply that the whole nation (China, that is) falls short in this exercise. If this is the only one, then do you think it is right on your part to make such a blanket assumption ? I think not : but hey, I am only one individual, so you can (of course) ignore my thoughts/views/criticisms.
Oh, before I go, Jose, I want to ask you something : how good is your Chinese (grammar) ?
Have a nice day !
