Note: The jeans from Topman haven’t got my size waist, but have got the one just above. Does this matter with skinny jeans? Price is no object, so judge purely on look, not price.

I like the Topman jeans best ,the H&M ones second
I wouldn’t go for getting a smaller pair as skinny legged jeans
are already made slim so go with the second shirt and the H&M
jeans .

The Topman jeans are sweeet. Love those.
Don’t even worry about having to get one size bigger because you can shrink them. They have a very high cotton % = you can wash and dry them in a slightly hotter than usual dryer and they will shrink as much as you want them to. Get those.
As for shirts. I’m torn, kind of. I like them both, first off. But the reason I think I like the second one is because I like the long skinny knee-shorts and the cute Euro book bag/courier bag so much. (get some long skinny shorts like that because those are cute).
The first shirt seems a little fitted (possibly too fitted). I mean, I love it, but it may be slightly restrictive unless you are a very slim person. (The fact that your screen name is “Slim” isn’t lost on me, btw..but how do I know you aren’t trying to be ironic and you’re massively rotund). If you have any bulk AT ALL you may be more comfortable in the oxford shirt (which has just a skoshe more room and is a couple of inches longer). Other than the length and the width, it’s still the same, small collared, lean, button down cotton shirt
= cute.
Both shirts are cute, it just depends if you’re more comfortable with a tighter fit or want a little more room is all.
Topman jeans are extremely cute.
