I spent $27 with a company (I won’t list them here as I don’t want Google to help them rank) for 600 sends. They claim 240 people went onto my affiliate site but no-body bought anything. Nor did I get any e-mails from people asking for info. I’m assuming this company lied and nobody went on my site.
So my question is, does buying e-mail sends work and what site do you use?
its called spam marketing and if you value the good name of your company
you will NOT do it! THINK, this email goes out totally unsolicited and in
most cases unwanted and delete on sight, the few people who actually read
you advertising fall into 2 groups, the ones who will fall for anything and probably
will spend $ on ANYTHING you have to sell, and the ones who want to know WHO
you are so as to be sure to NEVER do business with you EVER!
My first suggestion is that you track the views to your affiliate website yourself. Many affiliate programs will do it for you, but if not, look for service that tracks website views for you. They can tell you how many total views, and how many unique views, there are to your website.
If you are looking for the best lists to use, I would recommend checking out ListHoopla. They are an independent site that ranks the top safelists and related resources. They also offer a lot of good training on how to use lists properly.
Hope that helps — best of luck!
I would suggest first that you get Google Analytics for free for your website. This will help you track to see who is visiting your website and where they came from. When you buy clicks this way you have no way of knowing if the visitor clicking is wanting to get to your site or are getting their by mistake.
I am a web designer and suggest to my clients to go with Google Adwords, you can set your budget and pick your keywords so that it will help ensure that your ad is being seen by the right people.
Also, there are free listings and social media that can help you get traffic. If you purchase advertising or pay per click, make sure it is with a big named company. I have heard horror stories of people paying way to much and not getting any new clients or selling anything. Best of luck to you!
