Short version: “Copyright © 2013 XXX Inc. All Rights Reserved.”
Saying things like “property of others is their property” is a pointless tautology; it adds NOTHING.
Saying “violating the copyright laws is illegal” is pointless and adds NOTHING.
If you MUST say something (by your cross-licensing terms) about trademarks and copyrights of others, then say it: “Trademarks and copyrighted works of W3WS and NWRE are used with permission.”
Logos are included in “trademarks” so you don’t have to say “trademarks AND logos.”
