they are the best cricketing nation, they introduce new ideas to cricket (training, management, celebrations, partying, freaking out, and in playing), but why cant they give a little more importnce to the shorter format
atleast for those affiliate and associate nations’ cricket lovers

Why Proteas Not Giving Importance To The Shorter Formats In The Game?

They already have their priorities right.
The longer format of the game – Test Cricket is the purest form of cricket! It is at the pinnacle of cricket importance! Losing a no.1 Test ranking can be more upsetting than losing a T20 WC!
South Africa knows this fact and it is trying to revive the age old game which is now obscured in the glamour of T20s! Its not that they arent giving any importance to the shorter fomats! Its just that the amount of time, attention and importance that is given to tests is quite colossal in proportion with those of the shorter formats!
