From a not terribly important standpoint: everyone’s smartphones and tablets would be useless.
From a real-world stand point: the world would crash. Everything from Stock Markets to regional power grids are being hosted through the internet. Electronic medical records, all paperless business, employee records, and anything else stored in the cloud would be lost. Mountains of top-secret and otherwise extremely important data move through the internet each day. Full online businesses like Amazon would be useless, putting thousands of people out of work. Not to mention that hundreds of thousands of IT staff and network engineers that would be useless.
All in all, if the internet were to just stop working, we’d be screwed.

Computer geeks will rampage around the world looking for more internet, and probably injure some people in the process. lol 🙂
Nothing.
Its not like Internet always existed.
I would get more things done.
