Are avocados healthy as well? I’ve heard that they have a lot of fat, but probably not as much as butter, right?

I like fats, especially healthy fats. Like those in avocados 🙂
Substitution is a question that depends on intended purpose though. I usually just do not put in butter, but if it is baking or something then I might use olive oil or a mix of almond milk and apple sauce or something, I always look up how to substitute it for whatever case.
As far as I know, avocados are not affiliated with animal testing.
They are very rich in omega fatty acids, the stuff your brain needs to be happy. However it won’t melt like butter, but if you purree it in a food processor you can use it as a very delicious spread on any sort of sandwich or cracker, and with a tiny bit of salt and lime juice it is delicious.
