Yes. As a matter of fact I think “powers” of some sort are going to be inevitable. Consider: We would be considered “super-geniuses” compared to your average chimpanzee. As in so far out there they (the chimps) don’t even know how far behind they are.
It’s all relative is what I’m saying, and frankly, it’s just a matter of what hits first: evoultion thanks to population growth and climate change, on the one hand; or trans-humanity by way of technology, computers that are _conscious_ and nano-tech machines inside of our bodies.
Either way it won’t be as random as what you see in the comic books. Any powers that show up, either from nature/evolution or by technology, will be organized in clades and will represent humans being adapted _For_ specific niches out there in the world.
Consider, for example, that early humans (Homo Sapiens) were considered to have more of a “social brain” compared to how the Neanderthals has more of a “visual brain” adapted for better eyesight. Back then, better sociality won out, but not before mainstream humanity interbred slightly with the Neanderthal. And now? Well, by “now” I mean the broad trend of literacy for the masses started by the Gutenberg Printing Press, but this also includes things like newspapers, video technology and the internet as well. The trend since Gutenberg has been this technological push to make us a _more visual_ species.
Just not in the Neanderthal manner of being adapted for low-light vision and hunting before dawn. More like: More visual in the sense of being _extra_ literate and _extra perceptive_ of information, especially if it’s on a visual screen or printed page. It’s been going on long enough that it’s likely a major pro-survival thing. It could be the formation of _One_ clade around which “powers” cluster.
And make no bones about it, there will be several. It’s just a matter of seeing them coming.

If you close your eyes and believe hard enough, anything can come true
Yes
Maybe in time, time will tell
