I bought a used vita and its really great. I bought the ac bundle so it came with a used memory card as well as the game and other items. How can I put my own account?
If there is an account on the system already tap the settings icon , then do the following
be sure the psvita has an internet connection , use the network settings menu to connect if needed
tap playstation network
tap system activation
tap the type of media you want to deactivate game or music and video ( or both , one at a time ) you may not be able to deactivate video and music if the account had video and music activated on another system before they used the vita for that type of media – games can be activated on two portable systems per account and two ps3 systems per account total but music and video can only be activated once per portable and once on a ps3 using the same account
tap deactivate system
you will see on screen the message system deactivated or activating complete when it’s done
it is now deactivated and you can use a new account ( sign up or sign into an existing account )
A psvita system can only be deactivated from the system , a ps3 can be deactivated on the sony website , if you can’t deactivate from the system contact sony using one of these methods

I don’t know if the psvita works like the psp but if the account you want removed is not able to be accessed by you to deactivate the console you might try simply formatting the console by clicking on settings > format > restore psvita system then formatting the memory card ( or so it the other way around , it won’t matter ) and then just start the console so it works like a new one and lets you do the initial setup . the setup will ask you to connect your wifi and ask if you want to use a psn account , at that point you should be able to choose yes and put in a new account or sign into an existing account hopefully
when you start any game card you will get a message telling you the trophies will be unable to be earned since the game was played already , when you see than just quit the game and delete it from the console – it won’t delete the game itself , just the icon and save file and any updates installed , when you start the game a second time you can earn the trophies and start without the old save file that was linked to the other users account .
be sure you also do an update , not all psvita updates are mandatory so you should look for updates manually ( the option is also in the settings ) the latest version is 2.12 and it has a bunch of small fixes for stability in some games that otherwise freeze or don’t play properly .
either way you end up getting your account on the psvita make sure you format the memory card and delete the game icons on the console and the saves , that’s important .
if you need any help with setup or use of the console it has a great user guide available in the settings menu section , its an online manual only but it has everything you’ll need .
