How many people realize that the HSUS isn’t affiliated with local humane societies? They don’t even own or operate a single spay or neuter clinic or animal shelter? They take in HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS of dollars and less than ONE PERCENT goes to local shelters to take care of sick, abused and neglected pets like the ones shown in their (very sad) advertisements. I thought by their name they were the parent company of all humane societies but they have no association. It looks like they use the name “HUMANE SOCIETY” to get people to send them HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS! Is this the biggest scam or what?
