Affiliate Marketing Secrets

I would really love to have an ice cream shop. Well, everybody loves ice cream…who doesn’t? I’ve tried making my own simple ice cream at home using simple recipes but i was wondering if other ice cream parlors has their own “more-complicated-secret” recipes? I want to know everything from the start as in the marketing strategies, what would i need to have in my shop, the business plan etc. It will be great to hear from someone who is very good in business.
