Affiliate Marketing Secrets

Hi guys,
So i want to start Making money from the internet. I have tried the thing called affiliate marketing where i chose a product and i would get a certain % of the sales. But now i heard about something where you promote a link and whenever someone clicks on the link / ad you get like 0.001 € per click. Now i have never tried it and i dont even know what it is called so my questions are:
1. Is there a thing like this?
2. If there is; What is it called?
3. If there is; Do you have a guide where i can learn how to do this in the most effective way. ¨

Affiliate marketing comes to mind, but that’s not really what this is. Do companies just pay you to put there ad up or do they actually pay you like per click or per sign up.
Can it be a combination of both?
Is there any program that will pay you if your website has 0 traffic?
If I’m applying for a program (i want them to rent my website for ads), what happens if I lie about how many unique visitors I recieve?
Can they check it? Speaking of which, how do I myself check how many visitors my page gets.
I hear of ppl saying “Google” pays them money for their website. How does that work.

I want to make an amazon affiliate website in a certain niche. Right now I have my landing page which is the products I would like to sell with a link to amazon when they click on “more info”. Im afraid I wont rank well because there really isnt much content at all. How can I add content and or rank well?

I have created two forms sale and purchase .in purchase form I have two text boxes cost per item1 and cost per item2. I need to store these inputs cost per item1 and cost per item2 in ms access table then when I use sale form to enter sale data’s (I have two text boxes quantity sold1 and quantity sold2) and click on save button, I want to get the total cost of both unit sold such as (cost per item1*unit sold1) + (cost per item2*unit sold2)
I can do it using Vb.net and excel but I don’t know how to deal with it in ms access. Any bit of info would be helpful.
