Thank for reading this. I recently got Red rings on my xbox. I had it repaired by a local not affiliated with microsoft. It works GREAT, plays games and all but I still can’t connect. I run an Xbox live test. Network? Check. internet? Check. Xbox Live? Check. The test says everything is good with my connection and compadibility, but I get a yellow circle with an explanation mark thats says Service Alert. I thought it had to do with the person who repaired it signed in on their account because they didn’t have my hard drive but the xbox support site says they are having trouble. Help me? When I watch ESPN3 or Netflix on my Xbox, I am frequently signed out of my Xbox live account and/or lose my network connection. I have absolutely no problem playing games online, however, and have affiliated content providers for ESPN3 as well as a Netflix subscription.
I am using a wireless adapter on my Xbox.
