I have searched for HOURS on the internet and there seems to be a lot of conflicting information online, so I’m starting this thread, hoping to get some definitive answers. I understand nothing is more definitive than an attorney, but I have also seen supposed attorneys online who offer different opinions. So I’m hoping for some real world experienced people.
I plan to apply for a business license under sole proprietorship. I will be online only and basically retail. I plan to have multiple websites for different niches. Someone will recommend LLC, but just to let you know, I’m not interested in that right now. Okay, so for example, one of my sites is hardwaretools.com, and another is comicbooks.com. Not really my sites. I would hate to go to a comic books supplier and give them a business license that says hardware tools, or vice versa. These people might not want to sell to me.
So I’m thinking of something generic like BMG PRODUCTS. This way I can basically go to any supplier. On my website hardwaretools.com, I would disclose that it’s a division of BMG Products. I would also disclose to my customers that they will be billed through BMG Products.
So my questions:
1.) Is there anything wrong with this plan?
2.) Do I need multiple DBAs to match every domain name?
3.) If I need multiple DBAs, then I’m forced to choose my favorite to be the one that’s named on my business license?
4.) Is it a real fear I have that suppliers of a different industry may not sell to me if my license reflects a business in a different industry? Or do they not care?
5.) Or am I completely waaaay off? Meaning, I need something that I haven’t thought about, which is multiple business licenses.

I am 14 girl and I have super ugly armpits that cause me pain and embarrassment. They have little skin-colored bumps everywhere (I think it might be the hair about to poke through?) even after I shave. Sometimes they are filled with pus. I also have a TON of ingrown hairs that cause large, painful lumps. My mom has to squeeze them for the pus to come out and then plucks the hair that pops out (sorry for that visual guys :/ ) for the pain to go away. I use a Venus 5 blade razor, Skintimate shaving cream, and a Secret deoderant. I have posted this question before, and the only one who answered told me to try Nair. I got the sensitive skin one, followed the directions, and it barely worked and left my skin burning, red, and raw. Waxing really isn’t an option because you have to wait for the hair to grow a certain length an I have volleyball 3-5 times a week and can’t have hairy armpits. I love to wear tanktops, but have been too embarrassed lately and am sad because the weather is getting warmer. How do I get nice, smooth armpits in time for spring and summer?!?! I’m going to be starting Uni this year. I’m worried that I will not make friends. This isn’t a groundless worry, like how most people are anxious about it unnecessarily. I don’t have any friends at college to talk to and I am pretty sure that I won’t make friends at University.
I don’t think I’m a nasty person or anything, I think that I am just very boring to be around. A slight voice impediment has dissuaded me from speaking to people. I don’t speak very much, if at all. I can’t join in with peoples conversations or make jokes because I’m too stupid and boring.
I’m worried that I will make no friends at University and that nobody will ever like me. I’m quite depressed now at college to the point of thinking about suicide, so I’m worried at University I will feel even worse as I won’t even have my family around. I think I am just twisted inside. There is something wrong with me. I can’t talk to other people, even make friendly conversation.
There are always people who have no friends and nobody likes in every year. Am I just that person? Am I just destined to be friendless and fill that niche of society? Does having no friends now mean that I will not make any friends at University?
