I applied for a out of state position. The contact was a independent head hunter, who scheduled my phone interview. I spoke with the employer and felt it was not a good match. She recommended another position they had open in my state. She said she would forward my resume to the HR manager who was handling this position in my state. One of their directors then called me for a phone interview, then a face-to-face. It seems to be a better fit. And looks like I might be offered the job.
Now, this independent is calling me asking me how the interview went and so on. I don’t want to be rude, but I feel he is trying to take a commission from this affiliated company who he did not set up an interview for. I have never sign an agreement with this head hunter. So I’m not sure what is my obligation to him? I’m also considered that he will try to ask for a commission from this company and might effect my compensation negotiations. What should I do?

Well in the last few days i have read and read and read, forums, blogs and articles all on SEO. Have i learnt something, well yes, so much that my brain feels its reached overload and now seams incapable of making any decisions about my SEO campaign
The more i read the more i realise that everyone has there own take on the best way to go about it. I have come to the conclusion i need to get quality links, more relevant link words, deeper inbound links but its left me bewildered as how to get them.
Masquerade masks are such a niche market that you cant easily find relevant sites and forums to join and link to. Most of the sites and blogs that would be suitable are my competition so hardly likely to help.
Maybe the fog will clear, everyone here is very helpful but my is the learning curve steep. Oh and is this just me or do other newbies get totally befuddled by it all
