Hi,thanks for reading.
Im in a bit of a dilema, i have been given a business by a dear friend of my dad.
He had invented a cleaning product that is in my opinion the best the market has ever had! not mentioning names but they are nothing good compared to this product…it had even been used in buckingham palace and given the queens stamp of approval ! he has teached me the secret ingredients and method of producing this product but im at a loss where to go with it? When he was in business he did everything solely in his garage at his home & made a comfortable living from it. He ceased in business due to ill health and a marraige breakdown but was on the brink of having large interest by an american cleaning company..not mentioning no names…I am still young at 29 but i am a hard worker and committed to everything i do. I just dont know how to start having little money to start it up again can anyone give me good advise on how to go about things ?
any advise is valuable….thanks

Kamal Karna Roy (also known as Kamal K.K. Roy and Rev. Dr. Joseph Geronimo, Jr.) is a prolific pro se litigant who, since at least the early 1990s, has filed numerous lawsuits throughout the United States and its territories under the names Roy and Joseph Geronimo, Jr., as well as under the names of entities that he is affiliated with, including International Siva Consciousness & World Religions, Reforms International, Handicap Interests International, and Jungle Democracy. Roy’s lawsuits are often brought against multiple defendants, and feature long, unconventional complaints. Roy has filed lawsuits against God, U.S. Presidents, Supreme Court Justices, fast food restaurants, foreign leaders., and .
Roy’s lawsuits have addressed, among many other things, actions taken by President George W. Bush, overcharging by telecommunication companies, the appointment of Chief Justice John Roberts to the Supreme Court, and “failure of democratic societies and God’s role therein.” In 2006 Judge Michael W. McConnell of The United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit described a typical Roy complaint:
Roy, a/k/a Joseph Geronimo, Jr. filed a 115-page complaint, a 144-page amended complaint, and a 40-page second amended complaint against over sixty defendants, including among many others President Bush, God as U.S.-based divine benefactor, several government agencies, The New York Times, and Kentucky Fried Chicken. In addition to pages of rambling discourse, the complaint contains numerous illegible handwritten remarks.
The Tenth Circuit went on to affirm the dismissal of the complaint holding that no discernible claim was apparent from the complaint. Judge McConnell also humorously noted that the court “strongly suspect at least one defendant was not properly served.”
Most, if not all, of Roy’s complaints have been dismissed. A 2006 United States District Court for the District of Delaware opinion, Jungle Democracy v. U.S., describes Roy as “no stranger to litigation” and provides a partial list of Roy lawsuits that have been dismissed since 1991.
Despite Roy’s lack of success in the courts, his lawsuits have been discussed in law school classrooms and in law related blogs.
In April 2007 Roy filed a civil rights action against, among others, CBS Broadcasting Inc., MSNBC, the United States Government, and controversial radio shock jock Don Imus.
In October 2007, Roy filed a suit in the US District Court, Middle District of Florida, against ” Encyclopedia, USA, All News Media, All State Board of Elections, Federal Election Commission”. See Dkt. 3:07-cv-00994-VMC-HTS.

A new poll reported in an unlikely source shows a broad majority of Tea Party members and roughly half of all Republicans support impeaching Barack Obama. More than 1,000 registered voters were asked, “Would you support or oppose the impeachment of President Obama?” Among those who describe themselves as TEA Party members, a full 60 percent support impeachment. An additional 16 percent are unsure. Among Republicans, 48 percent support impeachment and 22 percent are unsure. This is a Democratic poll on a Left-Wing website. Public Policy Polling, which is described as “an American Democratic Party-affiliated polling firm based in Raleigh,” conducted the survey from March 4-6. Its results appeared on the left-wing website the Daily Kos. Overall, 26 percent of Americans would like to see Obama impeached, and 14 percent are undecided. Surprisingly, 14 percent of Democrats and 13 percent of liberals favor impeaching Obama. An Associated Press-Knowledge Networks poll last October found 47 percent of Democrats “said Obama should be challenged for the 2012 nomination,” although no modern president who faced a primary challenge has been re-elected. Many Democrats on the ballot in 2012 fear an anti-Obama backlash will doom their chances, and doctrinaire left-wingers have questioned whether they would be better off with another candidate. For some reason the mainstream media, known to spin their own polls, have chosen to ignore this poll altogether. http://floydreports.com/poll-60-of-tea-party-nearly-half-of-gop-support-impeaching-obama/ Open Question: Where/ who is this from? “We’re all walking around with these glossy eyes. ‘I’m just tired’ we say. Posted on 11 March 2011. Tags: bed, beggining, best of friends, black twister, bus, car, cold floor, four feet, guy, home amp, long black hair, louisianna, mom, pajama pants, pouring rain
This is the beggining of a story I’m writing. Its going to get more interesting as it gets into it. Shes going to run away Ect. So it this good so far? What should I change? I’m 13 Btw. Thankyouu(: <33 –
"Could you drive a little faster?" "I'm going as fast as I can Janet!", Mom said as our bright blue Mini-Vann sped down the highway in the pouring rain. 'We were one state away from home, & this is how it would end', I thought. We had gone half across the country to see family in Louisianna. Now, almost to California, we were sitting in the car as the unfamiliar sirens sounded. We wer'nt used to this kind of weather. The wind whiping back & forth, again & again. "There's nowhere else to go,", Mom said pulling over on the side of the empty road. Her, Seth & I, huddled together & hoped for a miracle as a huge, black, twister was no more than four feet from the car.
Breathing heavy I was quick to sit up in bed. That was the most messed up dream to cross my head this month. I layed back down a minute & thought about the day ahead of me. First day of Highschool. The stress was screwing up my head. I knew if I didnt' get up Mom would come in yelling at me. So I left my bed, My mix-matched neon socks hitting the cold floor. I walked into my bathroom, & Jumped in the shower, sliding off the long, pink, Victoria Secret° Pajama Pants. Usually, I strayed from these stores, but they were a gift from Rani. This along with Abercrombie & Finch° were my Best Friend's favorite stores. 'I don't know what Me & Rani have in common, almost nothing, but yet we're the best. of friends.', I thought as I washed the long black hair hanging from my head.
Turning the water off, I steped out of the plastic tub. Now in my walk-in closet, Im surrounded by Hottopic°, Spencers°, & Flee Market clothes. Finally, I decide on an outfit; A Slipknot shirt, Dark Denim Skinnys, & My favorite pair of doodled on, black Converse. Back in the bathroom, I turn on my hair straightener. I watch the light on it blink back & forth for a minute before opening my make-up droor. I swipe on the most unnoticeable shade of eyeshadow, Lashblast, & then reach for my eyeliner. I look down to find that the long stick with skulls going down the side, is missing. I tear apart the bathroom before finding the eyeliner under the fluffy purple bathroom rug. I quickly draw my waterline, & the do my hair. Grabbing the Alasana messenger bag I leave the room.
Down stairs, I See my Mom. "Your going like that..?", she says criticaly. "Mom, Its school, not church.", I say looking down at th dinosaurs drawn on my shoes. "Well at least eat some breakfast," She snaps. "No time,", I say walking by Seth. "Have a good first day of fourhgrade..", I manage. "Bye!", We all say as I slam the kitchen's side door. Smashing earphones blasting Black Veil Brides' in my ears as I run down the wooden steps. As I get to the busstop, I see the same kids in flair jeans, & 2Strapped bookbags that reminded me of Elementary. After what seemed like an eternity, A bus pulls up with an eager Rani in the front seat on th right. As I pass her I said "Lets go to the back,". She strugles to walk there on the now moving bus. I watch as she sits down beside me, her Clair's° Bracelets jangling. 'This is going to be a good day', I thought, as Rani sat, telling me all about the new guy she likes. I have to admit I was thinking too hard to be listening to her. Besides, with her its a diffrent guy every week.
