I want to create a niche website for google adsense, please tell me the best plan for it.
When i say ‘plan’ i mean:
-what seo practices?
-Should i use a static website or a cms one?
-How to place ads for best results?
-Can adsense and affiliate marketing work together?
-And what things can harm my site?
-and all the other brief information in need to know?
Please guys i am stuck here 🙁

I started my blog about a month ago and during the last few weeks I actually went on different forums in my niche, wrote articles and everything to get my blog out there, but still each time I go on Alexa or Google Webmasters I cannot see what websites are linking to me or any other traffic information besides my ranking from Alexa which is like 7million… Can someone help me?
I am a dancer, I don’t know much about online things, writing the blog is hard enough.

Quite simple
Just no ideas like “make a website that you are interested in or know the topic really well”.
Lastly no NICHE websites (really the same thing).
Please provide detailed information.

I teach a college equestrian program which uses horses from another facility not otherwise affiliated with the college. There are people who would like to donate horses to the college program through this facility, but they would like to still get their tax breaks. Would they be able to donate to this facility for use by the college team and club?
So that I don’t get the warnings about the IRS, I will of course be consulting a lawyer. I’ve been trying to do my own research, but there is very little technical information on the subject for lay people. I don’t happen to know any tax lawyers, and I want to see if anyone knows a bit about it before I might have to pour money into it. So, if someone sees this subject and happens to know anything, I would greatly appreciate input and advice.

Understand Japan is second highest holder of US treasury bills of US , after China. Now if Japan’s own External debt is increasing. Its like a circle. Keen to know the non residents who have lent to BoJ / Japan. I did found some details on BOJ site, however that spreadsheet does not have details of lenders to Japan. I am simply trying to link back to countries holding US Treasury bills (part of US external debt). Japan is second highest holder. Though Japan itself has huge external debt. SO what are the parties which have lent to Japan. I am told on yahoo answers.com that this information can be secret. I feel this information should have been in public domain. but do not seem to find it through Google.
