My friend was pulled over roughly 8 times, with gang members, affiliate gang members, and certain fights.
Police took notes, and names, but not put him under any gangs or “affiliate” either.
He was also suspected of a drug dealing but crimes were dropped, but was arrested for having a knife for “suspicious activites” because he was wearing black gloves.
over all no crimes were ever charge besides the arrest with the knife, but I heard
The government keep higher intelligence programs of people who hang with gang members.
The marines station told me and him this too.

I have a tattoo of my little sisters name on my wrist, my older brother (he’s in the marines) told me that I wouldnt be disqualified as long as the tattoo isn’t gang affiliated, racist, too big, or inappropriate
Also I need to have a good reason on why I got my little sister’s name tattooed on my wrist (at least I think that’s what he meant) also my tattoo is not big its actually kind of small

I am starting college this fall and i will be double majoring in criminal justice and psychology. I am hoping to get into law enforcement, starting with a local police department and then hopefully working my way up to federal law enforcement. With that said, it’s not exactly a secret that law enforcement jobs are becoming harder and harder to get so i am keeping my options open. I just want to know what majors are desired by the USMC for someone seeking a commission as an officer. If the job market for law enforcement doesn’t improve in the next year or two, I am going to consider changing my path and trying to earn a commission into the Marines. Any help or advice anybody can give is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I was awarded the four year scholarship, and will be attending Milwaukee School Of Engineering crosstown affiliate of Marquette. My major will be Mechanical Engineering. When will be the last opportunity for me to go Marine Option. Honestly I’m considering marine option because while all members of the military are cherished, Marines in my hometown are treated with a completely different honor. The most important thing after serving my country, is having a career in the private sector. I don’t plan to be a career officer, I want to start civilian life maybe ten to twelve years after commissioning in my early 30’s, so i can start my family. Should I stay as a midshipmen and hopefully go off to Nuclear Power School, or choose Marine Option and pursue combat engineer.
