Ecig/vapor Online Company?

I am looking at starting an online business selling primarily ecigs and vapor items. I have a friend that already has an established online company and is doing quite well selling only starter kits, so I know it is doable. I create websites so the tech portion will not be an issue….
So far the logistics I have are direct from manufacture or a distributor from alibaba and going nuts with online, physical, forum and WOM advertising. I will buy a bulk quantity from the manufacture and any loss of supply will be reordered before depletion.
I have a selection of 6 styles, 6 flavors and 3 color options for each.
My niche will be the hybrid vapor of health products ie: vitamins (C,B) herbs (Chamomile, passion flower, green tea) etc…marketing with HEALTH as the primary concern
….Any input or recommendations thus far? any positive info will HELP!!!!

I Need Ideas For My New Website!?

I want to create a website to draw a lot of traffic in. I want to create maybe a niche social network, therefore the users all have a little something in common and the content that the users post all focus on a central idea. Sort of like Instagram, Photobucket, or Yahoo Answers. I need an idea to base my website on. Please help. I know PHP, MYSQL, CSS, HTML and a little JavaScript already. I also have my own domain name and hosting account already. Thanks for showing interest!

Should I Quit Swim Team?

Here’s the deal:
I started swimming about 4 years ago for a local YMCA team. Not very competitive, but I swam for about a year. I decided I didn’t like competing and quit.
Two years later, in 7th grade, I joined a water polo team. It was really fun, and I considered going back to swim team too. I haven’t gone back to water polo since I changed schools and haven’t been able to find a good team yet– but that’s a whole other story.
Ahemmmm… Anyways, in July 2011, I went back to swim team, this time on a more advanced, competitive swim team. However, I only actually participated in one real meet. I only joined to get in my PE credit. In April of 2012, I quit yet again.
In August 2012, I rejoined, because I really didn’t want to do volleyball, and I had to get in PE time somehow. Now it’s January 2013 and I really want to quit swim team for good once I get in the necessary PE hours. I’m thinking I’d quit in April or May.
See, here’s the thing. I know the story I’ve told above makes me out to be a quitter– Usually, I’m not. I’ve never quit on academics, or music, or anything. However, I’m really NOT an athletic person, and I’ve struggled to find my niche there. I thought I had finally found a talent in swimming (I’m fairly good) but I just keep going back and forth and I need closure.
The thing is, I love the reward you get for being a great swimmer, but I’m not so sure I’m willing to put in the time and commitment it demands. I’m more worried about just keeping healthy than anything else.
I know I need to stick it out at least until April. But… Should I quit? I took a break during December, and I really enjoyed not being on the team. Whenever it’s time for swim team, I get cranky and I wish that I would get sick or break my leg on accident– anything to get out of swim team. Honestly, I can’t remember myself ever TRULY loving swim team. But I feel like my parents would be disappointed in me for quitting. I already had a small talk about it with my mom and she’s been trying to keep me from quitting. She really wants me to swim since she was on a high school swim team a long time ago but has ear problems and can’t swim now. She wants me to swim since she couldn’t. I’m really not sure what she’s thinking and I have no idea what the outcome will be if I do quit.
What should I do?

How To Partner With A Landlord?

Hi,
I own myself a business that has 2 kiosks and 1 location. The name is trademarked and so is the logo. It is a great niche cafe .
In a beautiful beach town where I used to live an existing cafe is for rent or sell. This included the existing business and property.
I contacted the owner of the building and the old manager left and business has been dwindling, even though they still do great businesses.
He wants to me to come in and take over the spot and re brand it with my business. I would move down and run the place and implement my ideas.
What is the best way to partner on this?
He is just the owner of the building but I would be using all of his equipment.
He offered to sell me the space but I am not wanting to purchase.
He said he would like equity possibly.
What options would you suggest to him? This is my brand and I would be re branding the whole operation.
Just looking for some options to propose to him. He would not be my boss, but just the landlord. But he does have an existing customer base and equipment.
Thanks

Does Fred Durst Have Down Syndrome?

Last night someone told me that Fred Durst, the frontman in Limp Bizkit, has slight Down Syndrome. Does anyone know if this is true?
Here in the UK, we have a TV actor called Timothy Lang who has Down Syndrome but has nonetheless carved out a niche for himself in the acting world, so I guess it’s not impossible that a member of a rock band could also have slight Down Syndrome.
The guy last night told me that he “knew for an absolute fact” that Fred Durst has similarly slight Down Syndrome which doesn’t affect his functionality too severely. I suppose technically it could be possible – but does anyone know whether it’s actually true?

Traveling The Usa For Jesus?

okay i’m 22 and became Christian 2 years ago.. since then it has been very hard finding my “niche” in life, as well as a loyal group of likeminded radical believers..
anyways, this past summer i went on a 2 week discipleship school.. it had about 300 people and i was hoping it would lead me to friendship.
i ended up not making ANY real friends because almost everyone came with a group of friends, and i came alone.
anyways, when i got home from this 2 week school, this girl responded to an old-ish email of mine who ran a ministry on Warped Tour (2 month long music festival in the USA). i emailed her in hopes of ultimately asking if i can join them on warped tour.
to my huge surprise, she said i could join them on warped tour…
i figured they’d have tons of people asking if they could join and hit the road with them and travel the USA… the weird thing is NOBODY asked. so she said i could join if i want.
should i take my chance on this? the ONLY reason i want to do it is to impact peoples lives. do you think i should do it?
