What are affiliates on tumblr? i’ve seen a few people offering to become affiliates but im not really sure what it would entail.

I always receive mails from unknow people offering softwares that can make one rich, it is about affiliate commission ( Internet marketing) since i’ve got a lot of those mails i started having doubts, i’d like to try out but i need advices just to make sure it’s not a trap,
i really wanna know if it’s possible to be rich through online marketing ? i watched their videos and they are very convincing, make me wanna dowload it.
is there anyone that had those kind of emails, tell me more about it, is that real ?

Does a patient care tech certifying school have to be affiliated with the National Healthcare Assoc. in NYC in order for student to qualify to take the NHA Patient care tech exam? what requirements do schools offering PCT training need in order for the students to qualify to take the certifying exam?
