Where can i create a blog for free other than blogger so that i can place third party affiliates other than google adscence?

I’m from the U.S so I wouldn’t know.

Ok this is my first year ever voting and I know in Fl state laws, that its a felony to vote in a different precinct than what you were assigned to. I know where to go. Now what i am wondering is lets say im not affiliated with a party on my voter card. but something weird i seen on the forms and what not was that you had to vote for the candidates running in you party. ok i don’t have a “party” so what am i suppose to do? just give me some examples of what it was like for you guys to vote. i don’t wanna get there on the day and freak out and not know what to do. or have to ask the ppl working there and they don’t know what to tell me, please help

I am affiliated with the Libertarian Party, and I voted in the June Primary for Gary Johnson for President. I understand he received more than half of the votes in my state. Is he going to be on the ballot in November, or am I stuck with Democrat and Republican again? I really don’t want to vote for Obama or Romney.

If I finance a vehicle through a loan company not affiliated with the dealership, can I finance the remainder with the dealership?
How do 3rd party auto loan companies work? Do you get the money first?
If I get say 8000 from a 3rd party loan company, can I use that toward a down payment on a car at a dealership, and finance the remainder of the car with the dealership?
