I am a 15 year old, and on the 3rd August this year I am planning to travel to Ghana with my school with 15 girls and boys all the same age and we return on the 25th of August I am really excited, and I have everything but I have just found out that my period starts the day before we are travelling back so the 24th. We are staying at a rural village until the 20th and then for 4 days camping near lake Volta until the 24th. So girls who I have talked to about this are saying they are going on the pill. My family is very religious and so the pill is out of the question. Completley. I have talked to my mum about it but she said no. So, (cutting to the chase) How do you keep your periods really secret when you are in a rural area? There are no running loos and we are staying in a one man tent that is see through (just a mosquito net as the covering of the tent). So there is no secrecy where I am going, normally I wear pads, but we have loos with doors and bins in Britain. The teachers have said we have to give them our sanitary waste and when we have gone to sleep they have to burn it which is gross! So what are some ways for getting period things on and off again without being noticed. Is it better if I move on to tampons or that cup thing? Is that easier to just slip in and out again without bringing too much attention to myself.
So sorry this is so long, but I have less than two months and I am super worried about this. On the 24th we are planning to relax by the lake until lunch, pack up and go around the local markets until afternoon and then go to the airport ready to go back home for the 25th. In the plane is fine I know as there is privacy,
I am just worried about the day before the 24th and don’t want to be noticed. I am just worried when around 4 hours have gone and I need to change it for a new one where do I go and how do I do it?!
For anyone who responds thank you sooo much. I am madly stressing out about it!

about a month ago (maybe a little less) me and my boyfriend were messing around and he stuck his dick in just a little. my hymen didnt pop and he swears he didnt ***. I was supposed to get my period 5 days ago but it never came. However i’m having a lot of symptoms that i normally get before i get my period such as discharge, tender boobs, and and being cranky. I am also getting symptoms that can be affiliated with early pregnancy such as frequent urintaion and being tired and fatigued. I am only 15 and i have been told it’s normal for periods to be irregular but i might be pregnant. Is my period just late or am i pregnant?

1. Species which travel distances between important areas for their survival, such as breeding and feeding areas may be particularly vulnerable to habitat destruction. How might the creation of multiple national parks or nature reserves help such species?
2. How could separation of breeding periods in frogs result in niche differentiation in the tadpoles?
plz help fast thx

I’m 14, and i get excruciating cramps from my period. I’ve been thinking about trying to go on birth control just so i can skip it. I don’t plan on being sexually active any time soon, and i don’t even have a boyfriend, so using the pill for actual birth control isn’t at all what i want to do. Should I go on the Seasonique pill, which gives you only three periods a month, just so i don’t have to deal with cramps? And also, I know that, like nearly every other medication out there, the pill does have some risks and side effects, but I want to know what they specifically are for Seasonique, and how commonly they occur. I’ve talked to my mom about it, and shes a nurse, but id like some other opinions as well. Also, the hospital my mom works at is affiliated with the catholic church, and they provide my family with our insurance, but they don’t cover birth control because it’s against their beliefs, or whatever, so my family would have to pay ourselves. How much is it without insurance, and do you think its worth it to save me from my torturous cramps? And also, I know i should probably talk to a doctor about this, but I’ve never been to a gynecologist, and i don’t really want to start until I absolutely have to, so is there another way to get a doctors opinion without getting the whole scary examination?
