I have developed a distaste for the Supreme Court and the system that is established in the Constitution. I believe that it is the duty of each Justice to analyze constitutional facts and legislative fact and make a determination as to whether or not laws align with constitutional FACT. I believe that the Supreme Court acts independent of the constitution, without regard for what is morally and constitutionally right. My first problem is in reference to the “majority rules” idea. Let me set forth a scenario. Me and a man in Tokyo are observing a white wall. We are both healthy, understand the English language (Americanized) and have a basic understanding of the United States Constitution. If we ONLY analyze the factual characteristics of this wall we will ALWAYS come to the same conclusions. We will both agree that the wall is white. Any other healthy man that understands Americanized English and the Constitution will agree. Because what is true (fact) will not vary from person to person, or place to place (assuming there are no cultural or language barriers). Assume the Supreme Court of the United States had analyzed the facts of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. All nine Justices should come to the same conclusion, correct? If they are only analyzing facts and they all understand both legislative piece that they are analyzing and the constitution, shouldn’t they all come to one conclusion? They should! Why is it that 4 Justices came to one conclusion while 5 justices came to an opposite conclusion? Are they not to analyze facts? I believe it is flawed and shame on the founding fathers for allowing such a flaw.
Second problem. Why are Justices allowed to be affiliated with political parties? How can the American populous expect a fair and unbiased judgment of an individual has been affiliated with a political party, or advocated for a law as a member, or former member of a political party? I believe that Justice Kagan and perhaps Justice Sotomayor should not have been allowed to vote on this law, correct?

I am a Boston based person looking for any specialty shops that carry hard-to-find or niche perfumes, I’m sure there must be some out there, but web searches haven’t helped. Any suggestions? Thank you.

I’m buying a Macbook Pro computer as a gift for someone, and I want to know what the pros and cons are for buying at a Mac Mall store, which I understand is not directly affiliated with Apple, vs. buying the same Macbook Pro at an Apple Store. Which is the better place to buy the computer, bearing in mind that I’m giving it to someone else and they’ll have to deal with any problems the computer develops.
The person I’m getting the computer for is essentially an “applications person,” he’s familiar with using PC’s that run Windows software, he’s a very smart person but he’s not really expert at computers in general and Apple computers in particular. He has an iPad and loves it, and his background is electrical engineering.
So where should I buy the Macbook Pro?

I know someone who has trained for a dozen different jobs in the last 10 years. Real Estate, heating/air, auto glass repair, even construction/plumbing. He has had 5 jobs in the last three years, none for more than 3 months, and only one of those jobs were one that he had trained to do. The thought of having a boss, or someone telling them what he has to do is appalling to him. Recently he just put about $70,000 into starting a new ‘niche’ career and less than 3 months of finishing ‘training’ he changed jobs again and completely gave up the previous job he had just finished training for. This person has also been engaged for the past 8 years, and keeps changing his mind on when/where/how they want to get married. They also have a tendency to over feel other people’s problems, often “fixing” things for other people without being asked, and inadvertently causing more issues, he doesn’t feel guilty about (“someone had to do it”). He has a vigilantly sense of heroism, and believe that Justice is best doled out by him, because he knows whats best. He sees the world in black and white. You are either good or bad, and he has no sympathy for people who are “bad” regardless of circumstances. He believes that he has never done wrong. He is a 29 year old Virgin. Has never done drugs, been drunk, been arrested, or eve so much as kissed his fiancee. He believes that “rightness” entitles him to judge what is right and wrong. He believes single mothers only raise rapists and serial killers, because children can’t get what they need. That women who are single should give their children up for adoption if they are under 3 and their spouse dies, to give them the chance to grow up with two parents. Any mother who doesn’t “must secretly hate their children” and he will look into and/or exaggerate circumstances to try to have the child taken because he believes he is doing the world a favor and saving this child from an “obvious criminal and maladjusted” future. During sad situations, or hearing about sad things that happen to others, he often sobs uncontrollably. He is, by far, the most extreme person I have ever met. What do you think could be causing such strong behavior?

I have a mate of mine who in simple words “easily sold”, if something looks good he’ll dive at it, he doesn’t believe in the too good to be true scenario. He’s recently come across something he likes to call “expansion marketing” in which he works as an affiliate for Healthcare product corporation. I’m not sure if you understand this term, basically you pay a base fee to join this affiliate group in which you can start referring other people to join gaining credit points per person beneath you as well as commission. Now it looks all good, but ive always believed if it was too good to be true then it probably is, no such thing as a business that doesnt screw someone over. Money doesn’t pop out of nowhere, someone gets screwed. I’d just like to know is he in any way justified in a stable position with this “job”
My issues with it are:
– It looks like a job with minimal effort and high reward
– Seems to have no flaws in its structural system
– Everybody wins in this business
– You can have a constant pay cheque of over 60k
My friend is also a kind of person who prefers to only present the positive so that his plans seem flawless which in the end smacks him in the back of the head cus the problems start rising. So basically, Healthcare affiliates, stable job or no? if its legit tell me why, if it isnt give me all the dirt 🙂
