isn’t all this just talking about one’s problem or is there more to it? I’ve talked a lot about my problems and what the problem is, with the person I’ve had problems with, but it turns into an argument, which is useless, since I have to live with this person. I know my ultimate solution is to get out and move on, on my own. But does psychotherapy exist for a reason other than psychotherapist making money off of a niche?
