Would It Be Wise To Post Lyrics Online?

I’m taking over as manager for my twin nieces; two adorably precocious 11 yr olds who rap. Billing themselves as Twitter Dum and Diddle D, the two have barnstormed the juicebox circuit and dolly stomped their way through daycare appearances, and are setting their sights on global recognition.
They want to get viral on YouTube, with their remix of “Spankin'”, from their original “Scribbled” mixtape.
Twitter Dum suggests posting her lyrics online, in serial tweets, while DIddle D collaborates with the gurus at Xylophone Tone Def Dubbers, to hash out the beats and melody.
No doubt, these two little girls are at the top of their game right now, and Twitter Dum thinks the lyrics leak would be just the move to help them carve a niche in the Jibba Rap genre.
Do you think its wise to let them post lyrics before publishing? Should they break out with new mixes before tossing these little pearls of wisdom before the communal swine? I tell them they are setting themselves up to have their lolli’s taken….what say you?

Regarding Norms Of Ctet?

According to the norms to appear in CTET , I have one doubt and I’ll be obliged if someone throw some light on it according to the minimum qualification to appear in CTET for class VI -VIII there is one clause which says —-B.A. /B.Sc. with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1–year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed)*, in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard. Does that mean people having < 50% with B.ED can appear for CTET.
I'm working as a teacher in a private affiliated school as well as I'm doing B.Ed from IGNOU through distance mode and my marks in B.Sc is 49.74% . Do you think I can appear in CTET based on the above clause. I'll be obliged if you send your reply.MY email-id is anamika_bot@yahoo.co.in
What does this particular sentence means—-1–year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed)*,in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard.

Is There A “non Scam” Company To Help Inventors Vett And Get Their Inventions To Market?

I have several inventions (some designs, some prototyped) that have a lot of potential (I’m not some moron who’s inventing snuggy pt.II I’m actually an engineer with an ok business background so I’ve vetted my “sellable” ideas and ditched the “will never make it” pipe dreams.
Unfortunately I have a full time job and can’t afford to “walk away and persue my inventor dream” I have too many responsibilities that are tied to my paycheck. It seems all the web pages/literature (even the experts at Eureka Ranch) basically say “If you don’t do it yourself you’ll never make any money” A concept that I find impossible to believe.
Is there a company that will vett my idea, and if it passes first round then just take the lion’s share of any money that comes from it? I’d be happy with 10-20% of revenue and Name recognition (some of my inventions for the disabled I’d just settle for name recognition)
Every single “Inventors/Invention” company I’ve looked at is a scam, they’re all companies that just want to sell you a boilerplate portfolio and/or different levels of patenting.
I’ve watched about 10 ideas that I’ve had over the course of the last 7 years turn into money makers for someone else (I have poor man’s patents but a lawyer will laugh at those, I only did that in order to have proof of my ability. So surely this can’t be the only niche in the world where there’s not a company ready and willing to exploit me and my ability to make more money for themselves?
Any help, pointers, links?
