We as the manufacturer of product X, require our distributors to sell our product at our list price – neither higher nor lower. Is this common practice? Is this considered price fixing?
We only have a couple distributors and our product is in a very niche market. Product is sold mostly B2B sales.
I recently read that Walmart is reducing the price of Ipad and Iphones and I thought all the retailers were supposed to sell at the same price. Is it illegal if say Apple required Walmart and BestBuy to sell Ipads at an exact price?

I am not very athletic (I can run a mile at around 4 1/2 miles without feeling whupped). I need some extra money for my own reasons (Not wanting to share right now) and I want to start a business. Something I can do that doesn’t
1. Requires no walking all day…
2. Can be done all year round.
3. Has to be in real world (none of those giant scam survey sites, and marketing affiliates…)
4. Can start making me money within about 3 weeks.
5. Doesn’t require more than about a $10 start-up investment.
I am good at playing piano (7 years playing), I can do low menial work if I have to, and I have a high level of commitment that is rare in most people.

I just turned 18 at the beginning of this month and this will be my first time ordering my own new cell phone. I have a Droid now but I am getting an early upgrade and will be paying 20$ (I have Verizon) to get a free Blackberry Curve (it was pre-owned. Not refurbished though).
My question is, what does it mean when, on the phone’s page, it says “Phone Requires Data Package”?
It brings me to a page when I click on the link and it says this:
Monthly Data Allowance, Monthly Access Fee, Rate After Allowance
Pay Per Use – $0.00 – $1.99 per 1MB
(Basic Phones Only)
.
75MB3 – $10.00 – $10.00 per 75MB
(Basic Phones Only)
.
2GB2 – $30.00 – $10.00 per 1GB
.
5GB – $50.00 – $10.00 per 1GB
.
10GB – $80.00 – $10.00 per 1GB
.
So if I payed 30$ for 2GB what exactly does that mean? And would it charge me 30$ every month after that or would it charge me only 10$ every month?
Please help me out!
Thankyou to those that answer.
