More species inhabit warm climates, and smaller size enables a greater number to live in the same ecosystem.

Smaller body size enables faster reproduction and repopulation to maintain a niche in overpopulated warmer climates.

I am talking about rpgmaker games usually such as on amaranthgames/bigfish/etc… such as aveyond,eternal eden, and similar things.
I know they aim for the sentimentality of games from the snes era and due to their platform (pc) and small bandwidth size I am sure there is a 20:1 ratio of people who pirate it to purchase it (not exactly 40-gb games here) + the market itself is a niche and comparable quality games are generally offered free anyway.
I just wonder if anyone knows how much any example has brought in and such. I know its not incredibly lucrative but I have a genuine curiosity in it.
