Affiliate Marketing Secrets

I plan to begin my website and I am deciding on a web hosting service. iPage seems like the obvious best choice. Does anyone use iPage? If so are you satisfied with the iPage services? Also I plan to use Google Adsense with this site (eventually) will it work with an iPage site?

How long time does it take before the traffic start coming to your site through example google ? My ad have been approved, but there is no traffic.
I have a ppc on MSN too, and there is no traffic there either.
Is it usual that it takes a few days from the ads got approved to the traffic flow through the ads ??

I have a website and I want to make money on it through advertising, but I cannot use Google Adsense because I admittedly was an idiot clicking my own ads and somehow thinking they wouldn’t catch me hehe.
