Although I am very new to this I can see one thing right from the start:
There does not exist an easy way to rank high on Google.
– It does come down to quality link building.
My question is regarding the word “quality”.
My plan is as follows:
If I were to post an article a day on 100+ article submission sites, would that help my website rank high on google?
or would the fact that
a) it is the same article being posted multiple times and
b) only a small subset of the article submission sites I plan to use are niched for my market
make this work pointless? or to some degree less useful?
is the rate: 1/day too much? or could I potentially produce more?

Hi. Submitting articles would certainly help your website. BUT those articles must be unique and about 300-500 words. Posting the same articles won’t help you. You should produce more than 1 per day.
My advice: Don’t do anything that appears to be trying to beat the system (i.e. Google). Is submitting the same article to multiple sites helping vistors to the internet (in general)? Answer No. It is likely, therefore, that Google will penalise you.
Article writing is definitely good ( as it fulfils the above requirement). Once an article is published it will attract linking to many sites and therefore its visitors will grow organically.
As I say look at your content from a visitors point of view rather than a way to increase your revenue.

a) Same articles being posted multiple times on article directories or your own site/blog will be penalised by google as it will be seen as duplicate content and it will affect your page rank for your site/blog.
b) You need not post lots of articles online per day. You would require to post 10 articles per month in your niche you are targetting. However, these 10 articles have to be different and the keyword phrases used have to be optimised. Suggest to write a main article about 400 to 500 words, and use the article spinning service to spin another 9 articles. If you have a blog, post the main article to your blog, and submit the rest of the 9 articles to article directories.
