A lot (if not all) of these people have stories to tell, and their stories often involve them doing completely illegal things — using/dealing cocaine and other hard drugs, stealing, basically being an accessory to someone being shot, being affiliated with a gang, etc. How is it that these people never served jail time? O.o

I mean, I know what I’m asking here—I don’t expect a miracle answer… but really, esides Economics, which science, or even particular niche field of science has business/creative significance?
