Hard to tell that far away- you’d have to look at it closer to get a sure answer. It’s definitely a sedimentary rock (you can tell by the layering) and it’s also probably got clay in it. I would guess siltstone, but again, you need to see a rock up-close to tell what it actually is.

It looks like layers of sandstone
sandstone. The red is probably Fe2O3 but you should really get better images.
