I ask this because arabic is linked to islam in every way. Arabic has always been part of islam.
eg arab-islamic empire. There is reasonable amount of proof that suggests that arabs who’s ancestors where christians were probably not affiliated with the islamic empire.
So if you are of christian arab descent are you really arab?..

Christian is a religion, anybody can be Christian even Arabs.
Yes, I consider them Arab Christians, because that is the culture into which they are raised and influenced by. The Christian community is truly international with the largest Christian community being in China.
